I like living here.I hve lived here 5 years.The location, available amenities,people,both neibors and staff,are good people.I would recommend Trinity Towers East to anyone who asks.

I have lived her 2.5 years like the location convenient to shopping. Maintenance has a bad attitude problem in general and talks down to tenants as if we don't know what we are talking about. Some of the Night security is lame guards fall asleep on the desk and some of the others have an attitude issues towards the tenants. Management has not dealt well with this issue I guess they doesn't seem to deal well with conflict. The price is great compared to any other senior housing in the area. Apartments are a nice size the building is kept clean. Limited assigned parking in lots. Off property can be difficult at times. Only 1 washer and dryer per floor with 12 units on each floor so you may have to wait at times. They do offer some activities monthly in the Community Room. Overall it is a nice place to live but you will have issues almost anywhere you live now a days. Seniors are not respected as they used to be! It's now a different generation running things these days with little respect
