Great location, efficient maintenance.
I have been a resident of this place for the past five years. The maintenance has gotten better over time, but there are still some issues that need to be addressed. One of the major problems is that some residents do not clean up after their pets, which is causing a lot of inconvenience to other residents. Moreover, not all residents are following the new policy of not keeping any plants, chairs, or ornaments outside their apartments, which is making the entire community look unattractive and disorganized. Everyone must follow the rules and regulations to maintain a clean and healthy living environment for all residents. Another inconvenience is that the car wash and vacuum machines don't always work, and you end up losing the quarters you put in them, and now the place where those machines are doesn't have a ceiling.
Has been pleasant to live here
We have really enjoyed the apartments so far, alot of space in our 3/2, thought being upstairs would be hard but we really enjoy the ceiling space. Maintenance has always been helpful, and fixes things at a timely manner, the pool is enjoyable as well.
