I have lived here a little over a month now and I feel the apartments are nice but just a little overpriced for sure. The staff is friendly and maintenance always is prompt about the work orders. Overall a nice place to live.

I am absolutely happy to be living here. Move in was so easy. The staff walked me thru all the information I needed. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for. The track around the lake is amazing at sunset. The gym has everything you need.

The Front office rarely answers the phone but they seem busy. Trash Compactor is always broken. Trash Valet and Parking charges seem to be too much considering we work till 8pm and cannot put our trash out for valet at 4pm. Nice apartments great amenities, but pricey and they hit you with alot of added value fees.
