I love living at Vineland for the location and the assistance that is given from the people and maintenance and the ones that work in the leasing office. The main thing that I would say that needs to be corrected is all this garbage that's being laid everywhere I think that there's more cameras needed in order to see who is violating the property and the environment. I'm starting to see Walmart cards and front of the complex and people jumping their garbage at the lake down the block. Dumping is totally unacceptable and those that don't know how to act accordingly you should and be removed from the property. I also would say that a more efficient exterminator is needed and attention to the mold from the air conditioners also needs to be addressed.

Everyone is so kind and the staff is very understanding and accommodating

Es un buen sitio para vivir el unico problema es la oficina que cuando nesecitas comunicarte con el personal no contestan el tel y cuando vas en persona siempre esta cerrada o cuando tocas para que te atiendan lo hacen con mala actitud por que no tengo cita he recomendado michad amistades para este complex de apart pero tienen el mismo problema con el personal de la oficina

There's nothing wrong the staff are great

Stephanie is amazing! She has been extremely helpful & kind since we moved here in 2020. We sincerely appreciate her assistance with making the moving experience seamless. Krista is efficient with responding to emails, which is also greatly appreciated. As far as the grounds. It's been months since any one cleans the breezeways and I've made a maintenance request regarding the regurgitated candy that's on the 2nd floor of bldg 10. During the last 6 months or so I've noticed an increase in litter & various types of garbage left on the stairs and grass. Also the garbage piling up on the weekends is also a health and safety hazard.
