Happiest I've been
I really enjoy the neighbors and staff. The activities with Robin promote friendships and comraderies along with all the snacks and drinks. The place is clean and well maintained. Indoor parking is really appreciated in the summer and when it rains. I like it here and I have made a life for myself with little effort.

safe and secure
Village Place in downtown Ft Lauderdale is located near many shops and restaurants that are walking distance. The building is fairly new and the parking is on 2 levels. There are many amenities. There is a 5th floor pool, Gym, clubhouse. The exterior is clean and maintained. The maintenance of the interior is a very responsible team.
