Parking Policy Deland Commons Apartment Homes wants to ensure all of its residents have a dedicated parking zone that they can come home to as opposed to circling endlessly awaiting for spaces to become available. Because of these efforts to manage parking, Deland Commons therefore may limit parking spaces to no more than one parking space per apartment home. Deland Commons also wants to encourage the opportunity to reduce your monthly household costs by saving you money if you don’t have a need for a parking space. Deland Commons will reduce your rent by up to $100 per month on select units for those who inform us, they either do not want or have a need for a parking space. There may be alternative public parking options in the surrounding area, but Deland Commons cannot guarantee such availability. Many of our apartment homes have in-home bicycle storage alcoves in the event that is a convenient alternative to a vehicle.
