Nice apartments with a lot of great residents. Maintenance reapinds quickly. Rent is high but compared to other communities it seems to be fair.

I have lived here seven years and things have slooowwwly gone down hill. I was told when I moved in, that a painting project was about to start. Each of the eight main housing structures were going to be painted separately every two months so it would take one and a half years to complete. I have not seen a paint brush touch any structure on the property and the units are thirteen plus years old. The company attitude pertaining to the paint seems to exist throughout the apartment complex.
