Living in Lake Kathy
As long ive been living here Lake Kathy never renovating or add anything new to the complex.Its been the same since 2007 .Everything appliance wise and design is very outdated,If you going to raise the rent as least make it worth the money i pay evety month..Change the color of the buildings,,add updated appliances in the home,new park for kids ,just make it more modern.People are building section 8 huds in the area that have modern style living

Could be cleaner.
Place has potential. Residents repeatedly throw trash on the ground devaluing the property even though the trash bin is a few feet away.
