Good Lakewood complex

This is a nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to Lakewood and Marston Lake. The complex is well-maintained though Metro West rotates staff so often you'll never get to know them for long. The units are nice and with w/d hookups you don't have the laundry room hassle. There doesn't seem to be adequate insulation between floors because I often hear the creaking from my upstairs neighbor, but not any TV or other noise. It's structural. Overall, not bad for the rent.

Family friendly

I've lived here for few years. Although the staff is changing a lot I have never had a problem. There is lots of kids in the area and we at located by many good schools. I love living here
