Housekeeping and maintanence are good. Management is a dice roll. Sometimes good, sometimes just barely tolerable. Seems to be policy driven.

Good staff- they are helpful, take pride in their facility, enforce rules meant to keep us all living in a clean and safe environment, maintenance issues handled quickly and excellently and inform us of anything we need to be aware of, in a timely manner. I am a happy resident, here at 5800.
