So happy to be living at CityScape in Belmar downtown Lakewood. Great apartment, amenities and love the neighborhood.

I've enjoyed my 4 years as a resident of CityScape. It's a quality building in an urban-residential neighborhood with nearby shopping, restaurants and lovely parks. This is a great value as well because my affordable rent includes my utilities, underground parking and WIFI. I have a one bedroom that includes an ample walk-in closet and full-sized washer drier. The building management is caring and supportive and maintenance is great. I also have really nice, considerate neighbors. I highly recommend CityScape.

Everyone is very friendly from management to the tenants. The complex is well maintained and I am surprised how quiet it is.
