needs improvement

I've been here for over 3 years, it seems the ground keeping seems to be lacking upkeep less every year, less enthusiasm from maintenance dept. During winter months, cleaning and de-icing the sidewalks are hardly done, I have slipped and fell twice last winter because of this!. You have people that are not "handicapped" in the handicapped apartments. Its fairly quiet unless the occupants move additional people come live with them or have a basic daycare going for other family members, or children playing on the gas lines, clanging them together, that lead to the apartments. You have other tenants that have visitors that take up parking spaces, while drunkenly parking however they want, people that arent residents taking up spaces while waiting for their kids to get out of school. Its been a bit frustrating with different things around here, These things may seem insignificant. I know these are typical things that MAY occur around apartment complexes, but some of these could be conrolled a bit better.
