After raising my kids i moved into an apartment for the first time in 20 years. Although there have been some issues, the management has always treated me with respect and did their best to take care of the issues.

I've lived here 6years now. It's very convenient. The biggest obstacle is from neighbors smoking in their balcony, walking their dog, or using trash and mail. I cannot be around second hand smoke.

This is a great place to live, ever since i moved here in 2020, I did have some stuff break down and had to be replaced. But the maintaince got on it and fixed everything that was broken! The staff is great and kind and friendly. Everything now is quite and people are nice and friendly. I couldn't have chosen a better place to live.

I have lived here about 5 years now and look forward to staying in the near future. My home has every amenity I could possibly want from central air to washer and dryer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help me with anything I need. I am acquainted with my neighbors and the community activities are great. I have a wonderful east view and very important, my apartment is disability friendly with hand rails in the bathroom and wood floors everywhere except the bedrooms. The landscaping is nice. It would be helpful to have more ramps along the sidewalks. The closest to my apartment is almost 2 blocks away. Also, parking can be an issue, especially in the winter. But overall, one of the best places I have lived since coming to Fort Collins 35 years ago.
