I've lived here for a year and a half and I love almost everything about my apartment. My favorite features are the hard floors and the in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is also spacious. Generally, I would recommend my apartments to others, especially voucher holders. The Cunningham side also has more parking and is quieter and cleaner than the Richmond side. I wish there was better bus service and the closest grocery store can be lacking but that's not The Villages' problem.

I enjoyed that many friends I made during my stay here. Some of us are like family! The amenities are great and I use the gym and the pool often. I appreciate the dog run.

I've lived here for a year and love it. The floor plan is open and everything looks modern. I also love having an in-unit washer / dryer, laminate floors everywhere except the bedroom, and central air. The property manager (Jen) is kind and responsive.
