I like my apartment, the maintenance staff, etc. i have very noisy neighbors that no one will talk to though.

I love my apartment complex! Although, there are quite a few things that could be better, I am grateful to call this place home. My neighbors are nice and we have a great sense of community; our property management team is friendly and inviting; the maintenance and yard work team are timely and do a great job in getting things done around here. The only concerns are parking, I feel like that could've been executed better and our amenities are subpar- we have to ask to use the grilling station, we have a garden but its only for folks who sign up for it and they don't even use the planter boxes, and the clubhouse has been closed since the pandemic. Otherwise, it is a great place!

I have been living here at Village on Redwood since 2017 when they were first built. It has been a pleasure to be here. Like all apartment living, yes, there are times when parking can be a little scarce but that is only on occasion and yes you do hear that occasional noise, whether it be kids, dogs whatever, but that comes with apartment living. However the property manager is very attentive to your concerns and will take care of things. Maintenance has been top notch. I highly suggest this Village property!!
