There are two- and three-bedroom apartments available, with bedrooms leased individually. Separately, Remington Row also features a 1,750 square foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, single-family home. This home is set apart from the shared living apartment homes, providing added privacy for its residents. Conveniently located just three blocks from Old Town Fort Collins and one block from Colorado State University, Remington Row offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, trails, and transportation in the charming Laurel School Historic Neighborhood.
