Good choice for cost of living

Fort collins is expensive, but this rent is still affordable for a single family income. I'm not afraid to go out by myself at night either. Neighbors all watch out for eachother and our friendly. Apartment walls and ceilings are thin, so this is a downside. Really like that they do background checks on tenants and felons are not allowed.
