Love it here

I'm so amazed by the location: easy access to lite rail and buses, near downtown, and yet affordable. I love living here. It's a hidden gem!

Not the same as it was...

Cant find parking ever! People let there dogs poop in the hallways, trash left in hallways, and only one elevator for entire building... Management does try to send notices out stating they will assess finds if the person is caught loitering the building but so sad that the a lot of tenants don't take pride in their home and some people dont care to help in keeping our building quiet, safe and clean...
