My experience has been overall a good one at The Woodlands

It’s a pretty great place to live! Minimal traffic from anyone who doesnt have business in the complex. Unfortunately the grounds need to be up kept better, but when there is a maintenance request made for a home issue, they are very prompt. A downside is the difficult access to water, as hose spigots are on every fifth or sixth unit, making it hard to maintain a nice yard area. Most people just have dirt and weeds. The housing voucher team are the only people who are challenging to work with. They often miscalculate initial income, causing people’s amount of time in the program to be decreased because people have to recertify almost immediately. Additionally, the housing voucher team tends to be rude and unresponsive. All other departments are pretty good with BHP!
