It's pretty nice and affordable for Boulder standards. The goose poop everywhere is annoying, but we live next to a lake so it's understandable.

I’ve lived at Tantra Lakes affordable housing for 3 years now. Im much happier now that they’ve gotten rid of 90% of the drug dealers. Much safer now. The staff here is amazing and i have always been able to get a hold of them and they tey hard to solve any situations. Maintenance is always helpful too. The down side is we pay our own electricity which is normal bit they add on about 75 or more a month extra for the community electricity. This makes an affordable rent more than i can afford. However there is no way in Boulder to get a one bedroom that is nice for less than $1400 a month plus community expenses so this is about 350 less than anyplace. They recently renovated all the apartments and they made them look very nice. It has a pretty little lake and lovely grounds. All in all i am happy here.
