Lived here almost 8 months -- lovely remodel, nice 3-bedrm, easy living, staff are very responsive, and quick to respond, especially Alicia A. and Alicia T. most helpful, kind, caring and efficient! Quiet most of the time. Every working well, just a few initial issues with electricity and heater is sometimes a bit loud but works great!. But a very nice place to live! Most other tenants we have met are great! Very nice location and nice garage to rent for only $100 month.

I have lived here for 6 years. The area is great. It is mostly quiet and nice views. The apartments got a cosmetic refurbish. New floors(without under padding), appliances,cabnets and paint. Thats all though. No new drywall or insulation, not weathered. prices are a bit high for the space and you have to pay all utilities.
