The staff at Demosa Senior homes have always been very helpful and professional whenever I have any interaction with them.

I have lived alone at Dumosa Senior Village for 2.5 years and have always felt very safe, which means a lot to me. The complex is clean and critter free, and our maintenance crew respond immediately. We have two problem areas, however. 1. Parking. There are not enough spots for everyone within the gated part of the complex, hence no assigned parking. This has created a very stressful parking situation. 2. No mail/package room. I was told by management that it was my problem to figure out how to receive delivered packages too large for the mailbox or not sent via USPS. Overall, I am happy and enjoy living here.

This is a nice, safe place to live. My only complaint is the problem with getting deliveries. There is no package room and I have a real problem getting my packages.

I been here for 8 years, love my apartment, very spacious, lots of sunlight, nice patio, a great location, shopping need are close by, walking distance to the supermarkets, and post office. I'm a very happy tenant indeed.
