I have been living at The Impressions at Valley Center since 2017, The manager Naomi & Asst. Manager Alishia as well as the Maintenance guy Mondo are great!

We Finally have a wonderful staff that treats us with respect. Listen to our needs. And safety of our family. Keeping the laundry room Clean & trash Thank you. Again Thank you for keeping the laundry room ( BOTH CLEAN)

Management is always kind understanding and helpful. Maintainance is subpar, not very knowlegeful or helpful, doesnt ever know whats going on.

Naomi and Mondo are great. Naomi responds to calls and emails in a timely manner and takes care of our needs. Mondo is very helpful and friendly. I have lived at The Impressions for about 6 years and I think we have a winning team taking care of the property and tenants. The only bad things are that we need security and Landscaping. The grass is dead and gone by my unit.
