Over the years management has messed over the share holders. This company is better but it takes weeks to reapond to work tequests.

I have lived here for more than 14 years. I enjoy living here.

As my title states, this property is for low-income housing so it’s not run as well as other properties. It’s owned by Avanath and they do the bare minimum even though the staff tries. However, the location is stellar and for SF rents, you cant beat the orice.

For me it took more than two years to properly document my wife to be included into my household. Still not done with no reasons.

This location is the best of the best

It use to be loving caring and fun now it’s crazy out of the loop and sad
