I get very little for the $1750 I'm paying monthly! The district manager didn't follow up on her promise to review my complaint which was 7 months ago--the seniors are treated with total disrespect. There is no security officer active daily.

Application process was a bit tedious but that was to be understood because of the affordable housing evalutions. Move in was easy because of the accessibility from the loading zone to elevators. Me and my partner have lived in the building for a little under a month now. Great appliances and fixtures. Will say hardwood and finish on the walls seem to be unfinished. The walls seem to be chalky and if you get them wet it'll ruin the crackle/splot design. The hardwood seemed to look dry, but some oil varnish should help with that. Danny, our main staff member to take care of our application was very patient and supportive. He was always able to address any concern and communicate any items needed to further our application for approval. So far we are very pleased with our decision to stay at the Helm. Looking forward to more community events- hopefully more of those events can happen on weekends for those who work M-F during business hours.
