Assistant manager could be more resident friendly. I've been living here 8yrs and she makes me feel completely unwelcome. There are also a few things that need repairing on the apartment but I can't get that done.

I can't afford TP

I was extremely disappointed after the latest price rise took my rent to over 80% of my total income I'm at a total loss as to what to do. And the fact that my phone call were not responded to really hurt. I was told that someone would call me back, but it didn't happen
