Madison Pointe

I still need repairs in my apartment. The maintenance guy started but never completed fixing things. The People need to take more pride On where they live. Some aren’t cleaning up behind their dogs. Some dogs aren’t on a leash. People drop trash in front of The dumpster. People litter inn the hallways, the elevator, and all around the premises. Some People Are very loud; yelling across The parking lot a lot. They act like their Out On a farm or ranch; No respect for other people’s peace of mind.

It’s a nice place to live. It’s not a large complex. It could be better if people would take more pride in where they live, i.e. throwing their trash in the bins, cleaning up their dog’s poop. Most of the people are kind and mind their own business. There are a few agitators, but i just ignore them. The management needs to be stabilized and maintenance needs to step up. It shouldn’t take as long as it does to get repairs in your unit. I love the location. We are very close to a great park, nice restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, museums, the main library and the Light Rail. I’m happy to call Madison Pointe home!

Been here for 10 yrs, have had some apartment managers that really cared, but they never last. Apartment management moves them elsewhere.
