It's not the greatest in terms of living space. Maintainace is ok but I gets noisy at times from others who live here and those that dont

Garfield Commons

Even though it should be a secure building, non-residents gain access and damage secure doors and fire exits. Unlit, refuse strewn stairways. Exterior and interior lights that need to be replaced. Residents that do not clean up after their dogs, nor staff. Floors and elevators in constant need of mopping/cleaning. Difficult to get maintenance to follow through with work orders. None of the agencies that supplement the housing do walk throughs to make sure property is maintained. Bonuses: location, near major bus routes, built-in microwave, washer/dryer hookup, if you own refrigerator has water line for ice/water .Could be very nice property if maintained
