It's a good experience. My main issue is with management not being in the office 8 to 5:00 consistently. It would be great if they're up to sign saying they were closed until the next day or whatever it is. Instead it's just a guessing game. Something that's easy to fix .

Oh good. I would be grateful if the management would return phone calls and answer emails. There's no telling when somebody will be in the office. It says it's open 8:00 to 5:00. It's not.

My apartment is lovely, energy efficient, affordable & very comfortable. I feel safe with the security gate & gate codes changing monthly to keep the homeless out. The addition of security cameras has also helped with keeping non residents out of the complex. Maintenance responds fast & efficiently. Management is always available if needed. Parking is never a problem. My only complaint would be the dog poop. Most don't pick up after their dogs. It's unsanitary and attracts flys. Other than that I have no complaints!
