Phase 1 Duplexes

The duplex apartment is fantastic. Room size is perfect. I put up bunk beds for my grandkids for when they visit and have so much room extra. Amazing. The kitchen is a gem. Ice maker is top notch. Dishwasher is so roomy as before I had Apt size. Fridge also very roomy. I just love my apartment.

Move in review

Too new to give accurate assessment in all areas. I moved in today. Management made no attempt to meet me though was moving other people in. I was contacted by a construction manager about things they owed me, but it wasn't completed. Range hood light and fan don't work. Large dog poop all over front and back yard. Huge rocks in yard. I believe I will love it when maintenance is completed and management communicates with me. Doing everything in Rent Cafe' is frustrating and trying to get answers from leasing coordinators was frustrating. Pit bulls are not supposed to be allowed on property, and I saw a beautiful but scary pit bull pulling the handler. I have a 7 lb shih tzu that I worry about walking due to rules not being followed. Time will tell how my new home works out. I am hopeful the issues due to being a new build will be fixed and I will enjoy my new home.
