How do I earn points by shopping?
Throughout RentCafe Rewards, you’ll find offers that let you earn additional points when you purchase eligible products from participating brands. To qualify, you’ll need to save the offer (click or tap the heart icon) before shopping and upload your receipt after your purchase.
How does it work?
- Browse available offers throughout RentCafe Rewards.
- Save the offers you’re interested in before shopping. Saved offers appear under “My offers” (accessible from the heart icon in the top right corner of your screen).
- Purchase the eligible products from a participating retailer.
- Return to the offer in RentCafe Rewards, open it and select “Redeem now”.
- Upload a photo of your receipt showing your qualifying purchase.
- Once your receipt is verified, the points will be added to your RentCafe Rewards account.
Do I need to save an offer before purchasing it?
Yes. You must save an offer before making your purchase to be eligible to earn points. Purchases made before an offer is saved won’t qualify for points.
In the “Settings” tab, you have the option to enable “Auto-save offers”, which automatically saves offers when you view them to make your purchases eligible for points.
