Not communicative
We have had issues since we moved in with our apartment. Now we're collateral damage from sprinklers going off and they will not help us with damaged personal items. The communication we have received is very lacking and I am overall disappointed in this apartment community.

pretty good place to live
decent apartment, good for school if you are attending UMD, CSS, or LSC. Unfortunately no grocery stores within walking distance, but shuttle transit is provided.
