This is a very student friendly place to stay with great stuff

I have lived at The Edge for about two months now. My first impression of the building is that it is very safe, clean and modern. As a student these are all very important factors to me. The gym is a very nice feature, although I do think it needs new equipment and music. Overall, the parking situation is the only thing that would make me reluctant to recommend this apartment to others. A parking pass is very expensive on top of already expensive rent, and the parking garage is often used for events making it hard to get through traffic on many occasions. The walls of the apartment are also very thin, but this is something I am getting used to. Overall, I think the apartment offers a comfortable living for students, but reliable parking is a priority to me, as to many others. Having a designated parking lot for residents that was included in rent, would improve the quality of life here and attract a lot more residents.

The amenities, including the gym and game room, are top-notch and have been updated since the new management took over. The maintenance team is quick and efficient. While the cost of living is a bit high, the quality of amenities and services makes it worth it.

I have lived in dormitories for my first 3 college years at Umass Lowell. While living on campus is fun, the rooms were old and never had central AC. Moving into Edge Merrimack in my senior year helped me get through my senior level work. The AC and heater are brand new and always keep the apartment at the perfect temperatures. My favorite amenities in the building are the gym, game room, and the many study rooms. The staff and maintenance are really friendly and helpful, and help keep the building safe and clean.
