Safe and Well Located

Buffalo Run has a lot of long time residents and have created a great sense of community. The staff is very on the ball with any maintenance requests. The new communication system is terrific since we can get responses day or night. Having well lit laundry facilities on site is terrific and they are clean and easy to access and the security cameras add extra piece of mind. Maintenance can be reached for emergencies which is always a relief. It's very centrally located and my unit is nicely updated. Overall no complaints

Great place

Ive been living here for almost nine months now. Whenever I need help with something or have a question it is addressed immediately. Its a very affordable place to rent and considering its an apartment complex it has been nice and quiet here.

As of 9/5/2022 I have lived in the same apartment at Buffalo Run. Parking could be better but it is adequate. Neighbors for the most part are considerate. It's nice having multiple laundry facilities in the buildings and they are generally well maintained. The staff so far have been responsive and the maintenance is good. The one maintenance emergency I had was responded to well. The location is reasonably good as there are stores and downtown within walking distance. I wish electric was still covered as I think rent is too high for what one gets. The complex could really use a fenced in dog park area.
