I love it here great neighbors and and amazing manager

I hsve lived here almost 2 yrs. I absolutely love it. Its a community and safe. We have an amazing manager who truly cares about us. Maintaince is wonderful and they fix everything right away that’s place ever lived.

Great place to live

I’ve lived her for five plus year and in two different apartments. I love our four bedroom! The garage is big enough for my van and storage. Snow removal is always fast. Grass areas are maintained very well during summer. My neighbors are very respectful. The staff on property are always fast to respond to any concerns. Maintenance is super respectful of our space and works very efficiently when he is in our unit. The location is great. Rent is very affordable. The only thing that would make fairway estates better would be a pool! But they have always allowed us to set a small inflatable one up in the grass area during summer. We have loved living here!
