Honest opinion
Living here so far has been interesting. The people here are nice and friendly. The head manager of the building Jamie is rude. You try to talk to her and she gets a little aggressive and is judging you because you bring up problems. The assistant who works in the leasing office is polite and the maitance person Tim is very friendly and does a good job. Problems with building- alot of minor things but nothing crazy. But the work was rushed and the contractor did a poor job in spots. The plus side is you have Tim who will fix things. The internet has been out for 24hrs now and we've received 1 email with no information. I pay 99 dollars for the internet through the complex. Which is alot of money for internet and we have no updates. That's unacceptable, but if you bring it up to the manager once again she will be aggressive and rude. The pool- when we moved in they said it would be done June 15th. We'll it's still not done and looks like it has a ways to go. But we are getting charged for it. The gym was suppose to be open 24/7. After signing the lease they changed the hours. The gym is open now but it's not all put together. -classic Dumpsters- we have spots all over that they built for them but we only have 2 open. But they added a huge one that's taking up a couple parking spot. That looks really nice for a high end apartment. Rules- they pride themselves on their rules. Like the rule about dogs. You can only have certain ones. So they said no to any aggressive dogs. But everyone has dogs that are on the no list. Which I love all dogs but it shows they only enforce certain things which never ends well. So to recap the buildings are nice the people that live here are nice. But the thing I will tell you be prepared to pay for the luxury things but not receive them all. That's my honest review on this location if things change I will update it. I honestly hope the higher up management change things and provides all the services that they said they would.
Great place to live!
Jaime, the community manager, is fantastic. She is great at communicating, makes sure all questions are answered, and genuinely cares. The apartments are beautiful and I can't wait for the pool and gym to open soon. The ongoing construction does not affect day to day life and the crews have been respectful of the people living here.
