The place is great!! Had an issue upon moving in with the sewer and Nancy has been great doing her best to get things handled and keeping me updated

In the two years we have lived a this location we have found it quiet and convenient. Being able to park right next to our apartment is a huge plus when carrying groceries or other items to and from the car. Sitting right off the alley is also an added bonus since we don't have to fight for street parking. With its convenance to a gas station, highway, proximity to downtown give this place an ideal location. Not to mention right up the road is lions park. Along with those thing there is also Espi's which has some of the best breakfast burritos in town, and Korean House both within walking distance. I would say the only real issues I have with this place is the use of the space. I think the layout could be different, there's also space in the attic that could've been used as extra space. Make sure you have an AC unit for the summer otherwise you will be sweating every day. Having to pay the electric bill is worth it, most the time the bill isn't very expensive so one person could afford to live here. Other than that I think this place serves its purpose. It's a cute small little rental. It being its own building is the biggest thing that drew us to renting it. Not sharing walls is a must for us.
