Security pet deposit $300

Max weight 25 lb each. A one-time, non-refundable payment of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications.  The payment must be paid in full prior to the pet entering the unit.  Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

I have been here about 2 and 1/2 years. I live living here, peaceful and quiet no one bothers me. Rent is very affordable. The litter problem is one the affects the nearby trail and property, not sure why people feel the need to throw empty soda bottles on the grassy hillside but it happens, I do my part picking up litter.

I’ve only lived here for a few words, and so far I’m fairly impressed with the overall experience. Noise level is practically nonexistent. The place is kept fairly clean and the staff has been a great help.

This is year 15 we are still happy. Would love to see resident parking inforced, and camera's for increased security inside.

Overall very pleased but progressively disappointed because the quality is decreasing steadily. Mainly due to the fact that they have diminished the maintenance staff to the point that one man can't get it all done. He is always overworked and cleanliness suffers consistently.

Been here 13 years quality has started to diminish because of staff reductions. There were 2 maintenance workers per building plus a weekly cleaning person for the common areas. These kept the quality at top level. Our residence used to be the pride of the community, the preferred rental location. Parking is a problem. We have signs designating "resident parking only" with the threat of towing, but without enforcement. The result is limited parking for the residents. The ones paying for the privilege to park. "Please Tow Violators!!! " Thank you for asking and listening!
