Labelle Green- WODA insisting on building more "highrises" to house the trash it's bringing to South Wheeling. They do not take care of the long-term residents that CHOOSE to live here, and cater to trash. No place for kids to play so they are running on and off of my porch, climbing on the AC's,and absolutely no parents in sight. You can tell a lot obout the calibre of residents by the mattresses being moved in and out. Regardless of what your rent is now, it will go up yearly by 100.00 or so. Very sad. When I moved here, I didn't consider it public housing. Now, it absolutely is.

Nice place

Nice place to live, friendly on time staff. Can be a little noisy in the warm days because of kids outside playing. Seem like they like to play outside at night.

It's okay

I've said it once and I'll say it again. Stop raising the rent every year!!!!!!!! Absolutely pathetic. I have never missed a rent payment. I have never destroyed anything. I am not on HUD! If you want to raise the rent do it to the people who have the government pay their rent! Not the hard working mother!! I can't wait to move out of this place solely for that reason. I literally get anxiety every year when I have my annual review!

This a wonderful neighborhood. When I moved back home from Florida I had no idea where I would end up and I could not be happier living in Labelle Greene I have no complaits.
