Highland Park HP2

The staff here is good, older maintenance guy is absolutely SUBPAR. The grass company they hired has no care about personal property. They blow grass all over vehicles. Luckily there are no rocks being flung, I'm sure if something would happen they would run away and nothing would be done since there is "no evidence" which would lead to unnecessary court costs. The grass gets way too high and leaves ground for snakes to be hanging out because it gives them shade so it would become a problem with walking your pet. The parking is given anything one star due to people cutting eachother off and the property not enforcing rules to regulate people to be safer and less prone to cause an accident. If you're someone they dont like they put a target on your back and make it known. We constantly have to clean after other people. There are people who dont clean up after their animals. Its always the same kind of dog doo doo. Clearly its from the same people doing it. The club house I'd very small for the population that lives here and the price is really high compared to what you are getting for what you pay for. There is valet trash that never gets taken out and we are forced to pay it. Makes no sense. Maybe some of need to find some legal advice to get this taken care of.

Everything is good. No complaints on my end.
