close to everything. manager is great. I have been here 4 years with no issues. Idk the review below me but maintenance has always fixed everything and I have no issues with the kids.

I have been waiting on screen replacements for over 4 years, and I just keep getting told, they have to be made. The damage to the screens were not due to us damaging them, it was from people outside of my apartment windows. It is hard to get maintenance to repair things in my apartment, have to keep asking and asking. Seems like the children, young and older have the run of the place, they don't follow the rules and a lot of time they get away with it. there really needs to be security camera's placed around the parking lot and apartment buildings. The kids are burning the siding with cigarettes and other stuff, they are writing on the side of the building, they are breaking the metal pieces located on the air conditioners, just to name a few things.
I need that gift card…bad!????

Staff is great. You won’t find a nicer person than Jessica. Maintenance guy thats been here for the longest is a nice guy. Very helpful. Works hard. Kids unsupervised all over the property. The dumpster is an atrocity like Ive never witnessed. It still absolutely blows my mind that the county allows that type of pile of open trash sit where people reside. The rent is very high. The rent raises with way too much regularity.
