Pets allowed. A one-time, deposit of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications. Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds. Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit. A Resident is only allowed one (1) pet per unit. Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit. NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances: Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

Mangers are never in the office There was blood in the elevator and floor and it wasnt cleaned up until a resident cleaned it up

I love the apartment. I'm having problems with the online rent not being updated. I paid my rent, and HUD paid it's share. I can not pay online. They don't update my rent, and it's showing late fees now that I do not know. It's causing me a lot of anxiety, and what's the point of online pay if I can not use it. I do wish my neighbor would give me a break playing a music from way early the morning till night. Parking is far away where the back door is broken. There's a few things that definitely could be better here. I love the apartment though. Hopefully they can get things figured out. I hope they get the community room open.

It is clean, quiet and convenient. I love it here and my neighbors are friendly. Access to the interstate is close and easy.
