The Meadows On River Road

Really not a fan- it's overpriced for what you get, they messed up my rent the first month I was there and the property maintenance guy asked me to keep it to myself instead of telling the people charging me extra for my first month. They were extremely pushy to get me in there, and the maintenance issues are never truly fixed until its a real problem. I had the power out in the front of my apartment and I told the maintenance guy who said he flipped the breakers and it worked- I had tried that and it didn't so he lied about that and did something else. Went out again a little while later and then they had to have someone come in and redo ALL the wiring. The electrician said that it could have lit on fire :( next thing was the toilet- the connector to the lever that pulls the float valve up broke, the chain. Instead of replacing the chain, he Jerry rigged the toilet and said he would have a plumber come in and fix it. That was 2 months ago.

Everyone living in the complex is amazing

Nothing ever gets fixed around here. Also the noise on the street and neighbors are loud.
