In site manager doesn’t do much. Seems to live in site for services we pay for that he doesn’t do

For the price, location and whats included its great. However parking isnt great, especially since people who arent on the lease often park in the lot, which makes if difficult durinf winter parking. Also, the apartment manager is lazy and doesnt like to do his job

Considering what the going rates are and how nice the apartment is, it’s a great value. Not enough parking, especially since it’s never enforced that the lot is for residents, especially during the winter. Manager is slow to respond and doesn’t do much.

Fair just like other properties

I've lived here for one year and continue to appreciate everything about this place! I've rented from others in the past and so far, this one tops my list.
