Not the best for seniors

Lived there over 10 years. Rent went up every year. Now using rentcafe which charges for bank draft too. AC not working most of summer and when reported they just tweaked it until finally they changed the old thing. Lots of rules to follow. Doneff Co. big company that really doesn't care about their tenants.
