I've lived here for 15 years. Staff and maintenance has always been responsive and prompt. Nice, quiet neighborhood where kids play in the street.

I believe that everything that is in apartment/townhouse is good. I just wish that they would update certain things.

Everyone around me has central air and wvery tume i ask about it i am told my rent will go up by 100 but it continues to go up regardless and talking to the neighbors we are all oayjng the same roughly. And we have been a tenent for 19 years.

I've been a tenant here for 14 years. Diane Drive is a dead-end street. It's a peaceful, enjoyable neighborhood where kids play in yards and the street and many people walk their dogs. Most of the neighbors are friendly. All are respectful.

I've lived in my townhouse on Diane Drive for 12 years. It's at the end of a dead-end street, so there's virtually no traffic. My neighbors are friendly and considerate. Lots of the neighborhood kids get together to play football, baseball and basketball in the street, and because there's no traffic, there's no hazard.
