Good Location, Great Management! Conveniently located right off Highway 29, but set back and surrounded by trees so you don't get noise from the highway. Plenty of trees, birds and wildlife, very wooded area. Many different options to choose from when looking at apartments and the management takes good care of the grounds and units. They are very organized and responsive. If you need anything, just let them know, and they will take care of it. The grounds are well kept and never any worries in winter about plowing, or snow removal. If you are looking for an apartment on the West side of Wausau , this place is worth checking out!

Highland Springs Villas is set in a beautiful wooded area. The apartments are located right down from restaurants, parks, Wausau City life, and grocery stores. The maintenance and upkeep is 5 star!

We have been living here for around 5 months and we love it. It doesn't feel like a crappy apartment, it almost feels like a house at times. Our neighbors are quite, which means there isnt the feeling of having people constantly around like other apartment buildings. My favorite part is that our apartment has multiple windows with views of woods and occasional wildlife.
