The Glade

I have lived here since July of 2019 and although there are things I enjoy about living here: the general location, my apartment location, heat included, appliances. The things that I have issue with include: the number of rent increases and the amounts; the fact that there are spots of broken concrete on walk ways which is a safety hazard; the dead scrubs have not been replaced and the live ones care is the bare necessity; there are several placed by my apartment alone where the siding needs cleaning from the mold; the ponds are of no value except for mosquito growth; (These could have been better utilized with a dog park.) This is just a few areas of concern. With this last rent increase, I have checked into other places to rent and live.

So far pretty good. Only issues were with maintenance from last tenants. A couple of appliances didn't work well or at all and needed to be fixed and the drains had lots of hair. Other than that good location and quiet people

I absolutely love living here except for them putting up the rent every few months I just can’t afford it anymore

I have been here for 4 years and have been happy with my apartment. The only thing I would like to see is a dog park on the property.

Rental prices at the Glade are outrageous considering the lack of maintenance & amenities offered. These apartments were made very cheaply, the Property Manager admitted that himself. Definitely should not be priced where these apartments are, & most definitely shouldn't be increasing rent.
