I have been living at Cornerstone for several months. One thing that I have noticed is that there is a lot of standing water around the yard and building when it rains, it makes it very muddy and the grass seems as if it was once sod and then not upkept or filled in. There really are no ammenities here and the mail delivery is an atrocity, it is very difficult for drivers to find the apartments due to the fact that the front doors are all inside seperate courtyards, I don't blame them for just giving up or making mistakes. I lost multiple packages that showed delivered. I feel this could be fixed if we had an actual mailroom. There are no lights if you need to get your mail after dark, you have to use a flashlight, which is ridiculous. The fact that the apartments are newer and the location are really the only draws. The manager is very friendly and courteous and so is the maitenance staff, but so many other things lack compared to what other complexes offer these days.

Landscaping is awful. No garbage cans near building, dog poop not picked up, no dog park area, no pool, no club house, no fitness area, appliances cheap and loud
