I have been here since 2019, and although I think the building's interior could use some work(new carpeting, paint job, etc.), and I wish I could have updated countertops, I'd still recommend this place to anyone. The area is great, I love the walking trails, and although a couple of my neighbors have moved, I do like the neighbors I currently have. Maintenance is very attentive.

I do like it here, and have been a tenant for several years. It used to be very quiet; I now have a neighbor who is playing loud-ish music, but it's not usually late at night. I do have repairs that need to be done that have not been fully addressed for months. Because it doesn't affect my day-to-day life, I'm not too bothered by it. I would love to have my apartment updated, but I imagine that this isn't possible. I think the outer hallways and the stairs would be much more pleasing to the eye with a carpeting change and a paint job. It's a fantastic neighborhood and the people are friendly. Lots of pets which I love.

I've lived here for a few years now, and I do love the area. I wish that the exterior of the building was better maintained, the interior of the main hallway could use new carpeting, the parking lot has potholes that haven't been fixed in awhile. My apartment itself is big and has lots of natural light, which I love, and great views. I do wish the countertops and cabinets could be updated, but when I've asked, the answer was no, despite the regular rent increases. That is disappointing, but I do like it here for the most part.

The location is amazing, with a creek and parklike setting to walk the dogs. Best of all, the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Management is responsive. Big windows and lots of light.

I've only lived here for a few months, but have so far enjoyed it. The location is perfect for kids in the local district and the neighbors are very friendly. Maintenance has been mostly responsive to the few issues I have had.

Been here over 3 years, I love the area and the views. I wish my apartment was more updated as far as aesthetics, but it's not bad. Rent increases have hurt, but it is not too different from other places.
