My opinion.

We live in this apt. 7 months and we like because there is not some many noise around. People are nice and is secure to live in this place. The only we do not like is the heat specially in our bedroom is so strong that we feel hot during the time we sleeping and we can not control the heat. And from the window we can feel the windy that come from belong the window in all three windows. The last thing is price is up at the beginning we are moved. Thank you

Great experience so far

Lived at this location for about 6 months and so far have loved living here. Location is nearby a lot of great food options and fun things to do. My only complaint is the construction going on, but nothing to bad since it is a new location with new streets and housing being built nearby. Looking forward to seeing this area built up more, and excited to be apart of this community for at least the near future as well!

Upon first touring Van Buren East, I was excited about how beautiful the building and amenities were. The neighborhood is great as well. The staff on site at this building have been so helpful and welcoming, too!
